Item(s) purchased from Indigo 1745 may be returned for online store credit, in-store credit or a refund based on the following criteria.
- Contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receiving your order (according to your tracking number)
- Email must include name, phone number, order number and reason for return and request for refund
- Item(s) must be returned in its original condition with tags attached, unwashed, unworn and unaltered
Indigo 1745 will send you an email with a return shipping label, once your email is received.
Packaging and Return Instructions
- Print and attach the shipping label to the box covering any previous shipping information.
- Include original invoice in the box with your return item
- Drop off the box at your nearest USPS location within 24 hours of receiving your return label
Receipt of Returned Items
After receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) for any sign of wear or use and refund the specified form of payment. If an item is not found to be in returnable condition, we will reach out to you with your options.
All returns are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving them.
Any shipping charges on your original order are nonrefundable.
All returns will be assessed a $6.95 restocking fee.
Exchanges and returns for store credit will NOT be assessed a restocking fee.
You will receive an email confirmation after your return has been processed.
Intimate wear are all final sale and may not be returned for credit or exchange.
Indigo 1745 reserves the right to determine eligibility for returns and to update this policy at any time without notice.
Indigo 1745 is not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged.
